An Auburn woman was arrested Sunday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on grand larceny charges.
An investigation revealed that 35-year-old Jena Gabak allegedly stole $1,396.78 worth of merchandise belonging to the Target Store located in Victor.
Gabak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court on a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
