Auburn Police say they have arrested a man who allegedly failed to appear in court for sentencing on two separate convictions earlier this decade.

Sadiq Bonner Judge was arrested Monday on a bench warrant issued out of Cayuga County Court. Bonner-Judge is alleged to have failed to appear for sentencing in 2022 on a felony robbery and attempted robbery conviction.

Bonner-Judge was transported to the Auburn Police Department and was processed on his charges and held pending arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
