An Auburn man was ticketed for allegedly driving on a suspended license in Yates County on Thursday.
A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan occurred after police observed Carl Harvey, the Second, driving on Liberty Street.
Harvey was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
