Penn Yan Police arrested an Auburn man on a half-dozen counts of aggravated harassment.
David Mutchock is accused of calling and leaving threatening voicemail messages with a Penn Yan resident.
The 45-year-old was arrested after he turned himself in at Village Court and was released on an appearance ticket.
