The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 28-year-old John Graham Jr. of Auburn on Friday on a bench warrant.
The warrant was issued after Graham failed to appear in court on a previous petit larceny charge.
Graham was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
