An Auburn man has been arrested for having sexual contact with a minor at his Elbridge restaurant.
According to State Police, 57-year-old Sotirios Gostis is accused of forcibly touching a female under the age of 17 on June 15 at Dimitri’s Pizzeria.
Gostis was arrested Friday and charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is scheduled to appear in Elbridge Town Court on August 21.
