The investigation into the theft of multiple golf carts from Blue Heron Hills Golf Course in Macedon has resulted in several arrests.

Authorities say a group of 15-year-olds broke into the golf cart barn overnight on July 28th, stealing several carts and causing damage to both the carts and parts of the course. Additionally, 19-year-old Christian Lynn, from Walworth, and another teen returned to the course later and stole another cart.

Lynn faces charges of grand larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Following his arraignment, Lynn was released from Wayne County Jail.

The 15-year-olds involved will appear in Wayne County Family Court to face burglary, criminal mischief, and grand larceny charges.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
