A town of Arcadia man was arrested Thursday on four counts of endangering the welfare of a child following the investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Arcadia.
It is alleged that 29-year-old Dominique Lundy became upset with his girlfriend and punched his television set before taking her car key fob and destroying it. Police say the incidents happened in front of four kids all under the age of 17. Lundy was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
An order of protection was requested on the victim’s behalf.
Lundy was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment. New York State Police assisted in the investigation.
