An Arcadia man was arrested Tuesday morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a trespass on Water Street in Lyons.
Deputies were investigating the report of a man causing a disturbance at a residence. They identified the suspect as 30-year-old Dominique Lundy, who had previously been banned from the building. He was subsequently arrested for criminal trespass as well as a bench warrant for failure to appear.
Lundy was issued an appearance ticket for the criminal trespass charge and was held at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on the Bench Warrant.
