Alleged Headbutt Leads to Canandaigua Resident’s Arrest

A disturbance at Lakefront Park in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua resident.

An investigation by Canandaigua Police determined Jaime Andino-Cardona headbutted another person while they were holding a two-year-old child.

Andino-Cardona was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
