Alleged Cato Domestic Event Leads to Arrest

The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a 29-year-old man on an aggravated harassment charge.

It is alleged that on August 13th, deputies were dispatched to an address in the town of Cato for a domestic. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend, Bradley Davis, had allegedly made numerous harassing phone calls and sent her threatening text messages. Upon investigation, deputies filed a warrant for Aggravated Harassment with town of Cato court.

Shortly after filing the warrant, it was discovered that Davis was being held at the Oswego County Jail on unrelated charges. On February 10th, Davis was released from Oswego County Jail and placed into custody by Cayuga County deputies on the aggravated harassment warrant.

Davis was arraigned at CAP and released to appear in court later this month.

An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
