A local pizza shop owner accused of forcibly touching a minor made his first appearance in court this week.
The Citizen reports Sotirios Gotsis entered not guilty pleas to charges of endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching in Elbridge Town Court. The alleged victim is a girl under the age of 17 who worked at Dimitri’s in Elbridge since last September.
The 57-year-Gotsis will next be back in court in mid October.
