A warrant investigation by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old Rochester man.
Jeremy Winfred is accused of missing court appearances for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle as well as no inspectation certificate.
Winfred was sent to Wayne County CAP Court to await arraignment.
