A Canandaigua man faces charges in Wayne County following the investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Sodus.
31-year-old Joseph Vohs is accused of becoming intoxicated and aggressive towards a woman in the presence of two, 3-year-old children. It is also alleged Vohs punched a wall and a door causing damage. He has also been previously convicted of a family offense in 2020.
Vohs has been charged with an aggravated family offense, criminal mischief, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
