A suspicious condition at the Walmart store in Macedon Monday resulted in the arrest of a Penfield man.
Roberto Dejesus is accused of parking his car in the laneway of the store’s parking lot with front-end damage and the hazard lights active. Upon further investigation, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office learned Dejesus had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on an assault charge out of the Rochester Police Department.
Following his arrest, Dejesus was turned over to the Rochester Police Department.
