Waterloo Man Charged With Four Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child

A Waterloo man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on criminal mischief and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Matthew Northrup’s arrest stems from an incident where Deputies were called to a home in Waterloo after he allegedly damaged a door inside of the residence in front of four young children.

Northrup was transported to Seneca County Jail to be arraignment in CAP Court.
