A 38-year-old Dresden woman was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment after a domestic dispute incident this month.
Jimena Espindola-Tapia was arrested after she allegedly slapped a town of Torrey resident in the presence of a child under the age of 17.
Espindola-Tapia was transported to the Yates County Jail and held for arraignment in Yates County CAP Court.
