A 19-year-old from Montour Falls faces charges of resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration following a traffic stop last Sunday morning in Chemung County.
After being stopped by a State Trooper on State Route 13 for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations, Rilee Kuparinen is accused of refusing multiple requests to exit the vehicle for further investigation.
After being taken into custody, Kuparinen was released on an appearance ticket for Veteran Town Court.
