A 21-year-old Penn Yan man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village on Wednesday.
Carlos Chavez-Ricardo was observed driving on Clinton Street while allegedly having a suspended New York registration. A traffic stop was initiated and Chavez-Ricardo was cited for the offense.
Chavez-Ricardo was issued a ticket to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
