A 15-year-old is facing charges in Seneca Falls after allegedly fleeing from police in a car.
The alleged incident involving the unidentified teen happened after police attempted to pull over a car for a traffic violation.
The 15-year-old has been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful fleeing and will appear in the Seneca County Probation Office Youth Division
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
