Seneca Falls Police have arrested a 14-year-old after an investigation into a physical altercation that took place on October 16th.
The 14-year-old is accused of striking the victim in the face a number of times with a closed fist, resulting in the victim suffering a concussion.
The unidentified teen was charged with assault and was released on an appearance ticket.
