A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on petit larceny charges on Monday.
The unidentified teen is accused of stealing a bicycle from a private residence on May 3rd. The bicycle was returned to the owner by police.
The 13-year-old will answer the charge at the Seneca County Probation Office at a later date.
