Zachary A. Johnson, 32, of Groton, NY, passed away after a long illness on Monday, February 9, 2026, in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.
Zack was born March 20, 1993, a son of Gary A. Johnson and Brenda Hinkle in Cortland Hospital. He was a graduate of Ithaca High School, attended TC3, and helped in the Tutoring Center at TC3. He also worked as a bookkeeper for JAX Service Center in Cortland, NY.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda (Paul) Delles Jr.; brothers, Austin Laue and Brett Laue of Enfield, NY; father, Gary (Jennifer) Johnson; brothers, Travis Johnson, Nick Johnson; and sister, Morgan Johnson of Moravia, NY; his grandmother, Dorothy Johnson, with whom he resided. Also, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
