South Bristol – Thomas B. Jones, age 69, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
He is survived by two children, Shawn (Kendall) Jones and Stephanie Stack; step-daughter, Nicole Baylard; 11 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; partner, Nancy Langenstein; five siblings, Margaret A. Jones, Catherine (Michael) O’Herron, Timothy (Missy) Jones, Patrick (Jean) Jones, and Anthony Jones (Alicia Coppola); several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Kay Jones, in 2023.
Thomas was born in Rochester and was the son of Thomas L. and Roselene (Maggio) Jones. He grew up in Seneca Falls, attended Seneca Falls schools, and was a graduate of Mynderse Academy, class of 1974. Thomas worked for Goulds Pumps, Eastman Kodak Co., and retired from Johnson & Johnson in 2015, after 25 years there. He loved attending his children’s and grandchildren’s school and sporting events. Thomas was an athlete who enjoyed golfing, hiking, kayaking, and the outdoors. He will be missed by all who knew him.
