Michael L. Doane

Michael Lee Doane, 61, formerly of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, of natural causes. He is survived by his children, Hunter Lee Doane of Watkins Glen, NY, and Catherine Montgomery; stepchildren, Keith Nichols and Lou Anne Nichols; and by many extended family and friends. Mike was a hell of a guy! He was hardworking, outgoing, and always full of stories to make you laugh. He was an avid hunter and fisherman for years. He had a knack for making friends wherever he went. He loved to cook, drink beers, and rock & roll. He lived his life like a rock star! He will be greatly missed.
