Kelly J. Duvall

Kelly J. Duvall, 61, of Beaver Dams, NY passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Robert Packer Hospital. Kelly was born in Montour Falls, NY on August 20, 1963 to Charles and Jeri (Blanchard) Starkweather. She earned an Associate's degree from Corning Community College, and worked as a supervisor in the Dietary Department of Schuyler Hospital for 15 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, along with dirt track racing with her husband and sister. Kelly was predeceased by her parents; her sister Rayne and brother Charles "Skip" Starkweather. She is survived by her husband of seven years, Donald Duvall; daughters, Kristine (James) Peterson of Burdett, NY and Katrina Hart of Lindley, NY; a son, Ken (Jesus) Wright of Rochester, NY; a sister, Valerie Starkweather of Watkins Glen, NY; and seven grandchildren: Austin, Philip, Shyanne, Peyton, Kayden, Gaige and Hunter. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 2-6 p.m. at the Burdett Fire Department, 4124 Lake Ave., Burdett, NY.
