Jimmy was born on February 27, 1963, in Sodus, NY, to the late Bradley and Rose Simpson Gage. For more than 20 years, Jimmy worked as a roofer at Proctor Enterprises, where he earned the respect of everyone who worked alongside him. In all those years, not a single complaint could be said about Jimmy’s character. He showed up, worked hard, and treated people right. His presence in the shop will be deeply missed, as it simply won’t be the same without him.

Jimmy was an avid sports fan, proudly cheering on the Buffalo Bills and the Detroit Tigers. He also never shied away from a friendly gamble, especially when it came to horse racing. Jimmy was known for his familiar sayings like “BeeBop” and “You Betchya.” He had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Jimmy is survived by his siblings, Harold Gage, Debbie Capone, Dennis (Donna) Gage, Sharon (Keith) Martin, Karen Schenk, Dawn Lippincott, Hope Gage, and William (Charity) Chrysler.

Jimmy was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Jon and Richard Gage; and his sister, Robin Gage.

He will be terribly missed by his family, friends, and coworkers, but his memory, humor, and work ethic will never be forgotten.
