Connie M. Galusha, age 62, of Penn Yan, passed away unexpectedly on February 8, 2026. Connie was born on January 20, 1964, the daughter of Cloyse and Jean Mothersell. She worked as a cashier at Walgreens in Penn Yan.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, Paul Galusha; her three sons, Adam (Michelle) Galusha of Milford, NH, Robert (Cheryl) Galusha of Penn Yan; and Justin Galusha (Samantha Martin) of Penn Yan; brother Marc (Heather) Mothersell of Penn Yan; sister Diane (Dennis) James of Penn Yan; grandsons, Bodhi, Cassius, Wyatt, Kilian; and a soon-to-be born granddaughter. Connie loved animals as well; she enjoyed spending time at home with her beloved cat Pecan and grand-dog Zoey that stayed with her often. She is also survived by her former sister-in-law and best friend, Laura Mothersell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 13th from 1 PM to 4 PM at the Moose Lodge, 301 E. Elm St., in Penn Yan. A time of sharing memories will begin at 1:30 PM.
