A 20-year old was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident in Penn Yan early Sunday morning.
Police say they observed 20-year old Tanner Young of Camden urinating in a parking lot around 1:45a. He was then found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Young was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and issued an appearance ticket for village court at a later date.
