A Penn Yan man has been arrested in connection to a burglary complaint at local business earlier this month.
On January 12th, 19-year old Brendan Hawley is alleged to have entered the business and attempted to steal property from behind the sales counter. He then fled on foot but later turned himself in.
Hawley was taken to Yates County Jail for arraignment.
