An Ontario Count man was taken to the hospital after a motor vehicle accident Thursday in the Town of Potter.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 52-year old Andrew Gardner’s vehicle slid downhill on State Road 364 at Voak Road before ending up in a ditch where the vehicle rolled.
Gardner was checked over by EMS at the scene and taken to FF Thompson Hospital.
He was also ticketed for an unsafe tire.
