A Middlesex man was ticketed by Penn Yan police after a traffic stop in the village.
Police say 56-year old William Lanphear was found driving on Elm Street with a suspended license. He was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Unlicensed Operator, and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.
Lanphear is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date to answer the charges against him.
