The New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center is celebrating black history month with a special art exhibit.
Featuring 48 pieces of art from students at Owasco Elementary School as well as works from local artists, the exhibition celebrates the accomplishments of famous African Americans.
The exhibition we run the entire month of February.
