A Dundee man faces an assault charge after a Sunday morning incident in the Town of Barrington.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 50-year old Shawn Martz around 1:34a after responding to a Barrington home where an open call to 911 revealed sounds of domestic violence.
Investigation found a verbal argument stemmed from a previous physical altercation where Martz injured the house’s resident.
Martz was arrested and taken to Yates County Jail for arraignment.
