The Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Dresden woman on endangering the welfare of a child charges.
Jimena Espindola-Tapia is accused of slapping a Town of Torrey resident in the presence of a child under the age of 17 during a domestic incident at around 11:00a Sunday.
Espindola-Tapia was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment and taken to Yates County Jail for arraignment
