Christina Selvek, Director of Capital Improvement Program and Grants for the City of Auburn, presented City Council with a five year capital plan on Thursday.
City Clerk Chuck Mason explains what that entails:
In the coming weeks, Council is expected to give a vote of approval for the plan.
