The Cayuga County Health Department is continuing to offer no-cost home lead checks.
For the month of January, any home that schedules a lead risk assessment will be entered for a chance to win a HEPA vacuum and other household cleaning products. To be eligible for the assessment, you must reside in a home built before 1978 and either be pregnant or have children under the age of seven living in or frequently visiting your home.
