Beechwood State Park in the Town of Sodus will keep busy this winter with new cold weather activites.
Park Caretaker Sal Vittozzi says there is new infrastructure for skiers and skaters.
The new outdoor rink is 40x50ft and was funded by the park’s camping fund. The trails were funded through a grant.
Vittozzi adds that weekend nights will be special this winter.
The park is seeking equipment donations so everyone can enjoy the great outdoors this winter.
If you have equipment to donate, you can contact Sal Vittozzi at 315-576-0836 or [email protected].
