A 40-year old murder case from Monroe County will be featured tonight on NBC’s “Dateline.”
The episode, titled “The Bad Man” looks at the 1982 murder of Cathy Krauseneck of Brighton. She was killed with an ax as she was in her bed.
Last September a state Supreme Court jury found her husband 71-year-old James Krauseneck Jr. guilty of the murder.
The two-hour episode begins at 9 tonight.
