A vote is expected at Monday’s Yates County Legislature meeting on the proposed multi-purpose building that would be utilized primarily by the Yates County Highway, Public Health and Emergency Services departments. Emergency Management Coordinator Brian Winslow said if approved, the new facility would bring the county into the 21st Century.
