An update from the village of Penn Yan on a few of its Downtown Revitalization Improvement projects.
The Wagener Street parking lot will open today. According to the village, work will still be occurring for some landscaping and sign installation and the village will close parking spaces as needed. City Hill will be back in the fall to complete the plantings in the stormwater management areas.
