The music was stopped for a severe thunderstorm late Thursday night, but it continued Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as the 31st Annual Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance was held at the Trumansburg Fairgrounds.
Over 80 bands played for thousands of festival attendees. Grassroots raises consciousness and funds for organizations that support Arts, Education, and the fight against AIDs, both locally and globally.
There are also Grassroots Festivals in North Carolina and Florida.
