Steuben County Man Convicted of Raping a Child

A Steuben County man will spend the next two years in prison after being convicted of raping a child under the age of 17.

Nathaniel Tigner’s conviction stems from an incident that occurred in May 2020 in the city of Hornell.

In addition to prison time, Tigner was sentenced to eight years of post-release supervision and will have to register as a sex offender.
