Main and Elm streets in the village of Penn Yan will again be decorated for Halloween.
The Yates County Chamber of Commerce’s event is open to all ages, individuals, clubs, organizations and businesses locally. All entries are due by October 10th. The scarecrows will be on display from October 16th through November 6th and voting will be on the Chamber’s Facebook page from October 18th through the 30th.
Winners will be announced on Halloween with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners receiving cash prizes.
