State Police say the body of an 80-year-old Steuben County man reported missing early last month was recently located in a wooded area in the village of Bath.
Joseph McGrath was last seen on May 2nd and was reported missing six days later. Law enforcement received a tip on May 31st of a partially decomposed body in a wooded area near the Mountain View apartment building.
Investigators say there were no signs of foul play.
