The Village of Penn Yan has received a clean audit for its 2024-25 fiscal year.
Revenues exceeded expenses by nearly $700,000, and the water, sewer, and electric funds all ended with surpluses.
The audit notes rising employee benefits and insurance costs, but highlights strong financial management, including $1.09 million in federal infrastructure investments and cost savings from an in-house electric rate study.
