Owego Man Pleads Guilty to Schuyler County Felony Charge

An Owego man will be sentenced at the end of the month in Schuyler County Court after pleading guilty to a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon.

The charge against Ian Webster stemmed from a traffic stop where he was found to be in possession of a metal knuckle knife.

The 34-year-old will be sentenced on November 30th

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
