Residents of the Odessa-Montour school district overwhelmingly approved a proposed capital project on Tuesday.
The vote was 116 in favor and 22 against. The $22.5 million project calls for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing structures, and site improvements along with equipment. $3.2 million of the cost will be paid for by reserve funding and the rest will include annual tax levies offset by available state aid.
