New York State Electric and Gas customers in Tompkins County will have a chance today to meet face-to-face with customer service representatives to discuss their billing concerns.

The utility will host a Community Connection event at the Courtyard Hotel near the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport in Ithaca between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Representatives from the Customer Advocacy Group and Energy Efficiency Group will also be on hand to provide information on available programs, assistance options, and energy-saving opportunities.

Additional NYSEG employees will be on-site to answer general questions and guide customers before they meet with service representatives.
