A rescue occurred late Tuesday morning in the waters of the Vine Valley Boat Launch off Canandaigua Lake.
Emergency crews were called just before noon for the report of a boat overturned 200 yards off-shore with a man yelling for help. According to law enforcement, another boater was able to rescue the man from the water and bring him to shore. There has been no information provided on the man’s condition but responding ALS units were told they could stand down.
